Customer Service

I communicate to the customer in terms that work best with that customer. Some people like written documents, some like to see it run on my laptop, some like to see it run on a "secret place" on their own website first. It's about making the client comfortable with the experience.

I wish to communicate that I understand the requirements, and that progress is being made on a continuous basis towards the end goal. Checkpoints along the way are made to assure that we are on the right path. I remain available for future maintenance contract work as well.

Experience

With over 12 years of corporate web application development, web site design and usability, I come with the skills and experience that you can have confidence in. I have 16 years between Oracle and IBM on my resume and a Master's Degree in Computer Science. My first website went live on Geocities in 1996 and is now it's own stand-alone site that still exists today.
